This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take complete ownership of a key product area, managing everything from problem identification and research to shipping, measurement, and iteration.
• Propel initiatives forward: Clearly define product direction and proactively remove obstacles for the team when progress slows.
• Elevate quality standards: Maintain a high level of quality in your work and enhance it through constructive critique and collaboration with peers, raising the overall standard across flows, components, and AI-driven interactions.
• Convert constraints into design decisions: Transform user behavior, business requirements, and technical limitations into well-defined design choices that can be communicated effectively to any audience.
• Design complex features: Create intricate product features and user experiences with exceptional visual and interaction design.
• Develop reusable patterns: Contribute to Kittl's AI patterns and design system through the features you implement.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years in digital product design, with at least 2 years of experience in launching consumer or prosumer products at scale.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, including research, interaction design, visual craftsmanship, and tangible outcomes you can reference.
• AI design experience: Practical experience in designing for AI-driven or generative product interfaces, or a strong background that aligns with this focus.
• Skills in productive disagreement: Proven ability to engage in constructive disagreement while committing fully to decisions—supporting positions with evidence and decisively moving forward once a decision is reached.
• Action-oriented mindset: A commitment to high-quality work combined with efficiency, delivering output that requires minimal revisions and consistently meets or beats deadlines.
