Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Transform the app’s product roadmap into a superior UI and UX experience, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Take ownership of interaction details, micro-interactions, and animations that define a mobile product.

• Generate multiple solutions for the same challenge and engage users for feedback throughout the development process.

• Present well-structured arguments to evaluate alternatives and obtain internal stakeholder approval for the selected solution.

• Prototype using AI and collaborate with Engineering to bring prototypes to a stage that closely resembles the final product.

• Navigate the phases of app strategy refinement with an independent product perspective, contributing to its future direction.

• Collaborate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Research to enhance Jusbrasil’s mobile experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in UI and UX, with a deep sensitivity to user experience and design excellence.

• Experience in product strategy — extending beyond execution to shape product vision.

• Demonstrated experience with at least one mobile project or a project that covers both web and mobile platforms.

• Proficient in prototyping with AI, seamlessly integrating tools into the design workflow.

• Skilled in testing solutions with users, articulating rationale, and achieving stakeholder consensus on decisions.

• Background in user research with the capability to independently conduct qualitative testing.

• Experience in designing generative AI or conversational AI products.

• Proven track record of working within product environments at the definition or early stages.
