Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product design workflow for an AI-driven consumer platform.

• Take ownership of all aspects from initial discovery and information architecture to visual design systems and production-ready solutions.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders to influence critical product decisions.

• Create intuitive interfaces that blend conversational AI experiences with structured, data-rich content.

• Achieve a balance between usability and information density in your designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior or Lead Product Designer role.

• A robust portfolio showcasing shipped consumer products, e-commerce platforms, content-rich applications, or comparable digital experiences.

• Demonstrated proficiency in information architecture and the ability to organize complex information into user-friendly experiences.

• Strong interaction design capabilities, with experience in creating multi-step workflows, intricate user journeys, and stateful interfaces.

• Proven ability to independently make product design decisions and serve as the primary designer within a product team.

• Capacity for close collaboration with engineers and rapid iteration throughout the development process.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including experience with design systems, components, and reusable design patterns.

• Regular use of AI-powered design tools to enhance ideation, prototyping, layout generation, and overall design workflows.

• Strong English communication skills, with a minimum proficiency level of B2.
