Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process across essential product areas.

• Convert user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations into sleek, contemporary, and user-friendly experiences.

• Transform intricate, data-rich applications into functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

• Utilize human-centered design methodologies—including research synthesis, interaction design, and prototyping—to address complex user challenges.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, ensuring a balance between effective collaboration and clear accountability for design choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in product development or experience design is essential.

• A solid foundation in design research, UX, interaction and visual design, with particular strengths in one or two of these disciplines.

• Proven experience in designing for web and mobile applications.

• Demonstrated experience in launching or relaunching products to the market and optimizing their performance over time.

• Experience in developing and enhancing design systems for responsive web and/or applications.

• Familiarity with AI tools aimed at improving workflows, research, and prototyping.

• Experience in working with iOS and/or Android native applications is advantageous.

• Proven track record in planning and conducting formative and evaluative research (e.g., one-on-one interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.), along with data synthesis and reporting.

• Expertise in guiding projects from initial brief through to insight-driven wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate brand identity, all the way to implementation.
