Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design execution across essential product domains.

• Foster team excellence by engaging in critiques, sharing insights, and actively enhancing design processes.

• Utilize human-centered design techniques to address intricate user challenges.

• Work autonomously or in collaboration with fellow designers within a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.

• Develop thoughtful interaction patterns, visual designs, and scalable components that are consistent with design systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in product development or experience design.

• Strong foundation in design research, UX, interaction, and visual design.

• Proven experience in designing both web and mobile applications.

• Familiarity with developing iOS and/or Android native apps is advantageous.

• Experience in launching or reintroducing a product to the market and optimizing its performance over time.

• Proficiency in planning and facilitating formative and evaluative research methods (e.g., one-on-one interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).

• Experience in creating and expanding design systems for responsive web and/or applications.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows, research, and prototyping.
