Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design execution across essential product domains.

• Enhance team performance by engaging in critiques, sharing insights, and proactively refining design methodologies.

• Utilize human-centered design techniques to address intricate user challenges.

• Operate autonomously or in collaboration with fellow designers in a fast-paced Agile setting.

• Work in close partnership with product managers, engineers, and researchers.

• Develop thoughtful interaction designs, visual aesthetics, and scalable components that align with established design systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in product development or experience design is essential.

• A solid foundation in design research, UX, interaction, and visual design.

• Proven experience in designing applications for both web and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with iOS and/or Android native application development is an advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in launching or re-launching products to the market and optimizing their performance over time.

• Proven ability to plan and facilitate formative and evaluative research (e.g., one-on-one interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).

• Experience in developing and enhancing design systems for responsive web and/or applications.

• Knowledge of AI tools to enhance workflows, research, and prototyping is beneficial.
