Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design the information architecture for a complex product with both hierarchical and horizontal structures (benchmark complexity level — Higgsfield).

• Create a robust and aesthetically pleasing UI that distinguishes the product from competitors.

• Work end-to-end: from research and user flow planning to final mockups for web and mobile platforms.

• Independently identify solutions for business challenges — not based on detailed specifications, but through general references and vision.

• Defend your decisions in front of stakeholders and take ownership of the outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a product company.

• Experience working with complex information architectures — products with multiple branches, transitions, and non-linear user flows.

• Experience launching products from scratch or significant involvement in building a product/module/startup.

• Experience with both web and mobile applications.

• Willingness to work in conditions of high uncertainty — without predefined tasks and centralized supervision.

• Proficient in Figma and actively using AI tools in your work.

• Ability to make independent decisions and draw conclusions from tests and research.
