This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• **Product Design Excellence**: You craft thoughtful solutions from the initial sketch to the final interface, propel the advancement of our design system, and introduce innovative design trends, methodologies, and AI tools to the team.

• **Cross-functional Collaboration**: You engage closely within the **Product Trio** alongside **Product Management** and **Engineering**, while also collaborating actively with Research, Analytics, and Brand.

• **Your Superpowers**

• **Product Experience**: You possess several years of experience in product design, preferably within a **SaaS or startup environment**, with experience in mobile apps. Familiarity with **ShapeUp**, **Scrum**, and **Continuous Discovery** is advantageous.

• **Strategic Thinking**: You grasp **business goals** and play an active role in shaping the product roadmap and prioritization.

• **Tool Expertise**: You are skilled in **Figma** and ideally have experience with **Dovetail**, **Mixpanel**, and **AI tools**.

• **Quality Focus**: Your achievements are reflected in quantifiable results like **CSAT**, **CES**, **conversion rates**, and **customer lifetime value**. Additionally, you share your expertise and contribute to the development of the entire team.
