Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business objectives into distinctive product experiences.

• Partner with development teams to design and implement solutions for both client-facing and internal products.

• Carry out user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.

• Foster a culture of empathy towards the end-user.

• Keep informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and design innovations, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.

• A talented storyteller and concept developer with experience in a multidisciplinary environment, creating concepts that engage customers and achieve business objectives.

• Background in customer-facing roles and experience mentoring a team of creative professionals.

• Exceptional skills in visual and written information presentation.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, testing methodologies, subsystems, and concerns around usability and accessibility.

• Enthusiasm for all aspects of UX as well as other design and innovation fields.

• Proficient in graphic design, typography, iconography, styling, and animation.

• Experience in an Agile development environment.

• Previous involvement with startups and a passion for entrepreneurial ventures.

• Experience collaborating with clients from the US or Europe.
