Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business objectives into distinctive product experiences.

• Partner with development teams to design and implement solutions for both client-facing and internal products.

• Perform user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.

• Foster a culture of empathy for the end-user experience.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and design innovations while demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• An accomplished storyteller and concept developer with experience in a multidisciplinary setting, creating concepts that enchant customers and drive business growth.

• Background in a customer-facing role along with experience mentoring a talented team of creatives.

• Excellent skills in presenting information both visually and in writing.

• A thorough understanding of user-centered design principles and testing methodologies, including usability and accessibility considerations.

• A strong passion for all aspects of UX and related fields of design and innovation.

• Proficient in graphic design, typography, iconography, styling, and animation.

• Experience in an Agile development environment.

• Previous engagement with startups and a genuine enthusiasm for them.

• Experience collaborating with clients from the US or Europe.
