Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Taking full ownership of the comprehensive design for Envato’s acquisition interface, which encompasses landing pages, sign-up processes, and SEO-optimized pages.

• Merging high-level visual creativity with a commercial perspective to create funnels that effectively convert.

• Transitioning seamlessly between low-fidelity concepts and high-fidelity, production-ready designs.

• Utilizing AI-assisted tools such as Cursor to enhance prototyping speed and directly contribute code to production.

• Collaborating with Brand and Visual leaders to ensure our logged-out experience possesses distinct visual appeal.

• Applying user research and behavioral data to ground your design choices in reality.

• Working alongside Marketing and Engineering teams to ensure your designs are practical, measurable, and strategically aligned.

• Participating in weekly sessions led by our Design Engineer, focusing on AI-enhanced design and expanding the possibilities of designer-led coding.

• You possess experience in product design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your commitment to visual craftsmanship.

• You have a genuine perspective on visual quality and understand how to tailor different customer channels with unique experiences.

• You regularly incorporate AI-assisted tools such as Cursor or v0 into your daily design and prototyping workflow.

• You comprehend the "why" behind the "what," with a strong understanding of how design choices influence conversion and business growth.

• You are comfortable with experimentation and A/B testing techniques to refine your instincts.

• You are an effective communicator capable of articulating your design rationale to a diverse audience, from marketers to engineers.

• You thrive on independence and relish the challenge of constructing a core product interface from the ground up.
