This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take full ownership of the design process, moving from rough sketches to refined prototypes and deployed features. Subsequently, you will measure results, gain insights, and iterate.
• Serve as the Design Lead in a close-knit product trio consisting of Product, Engineering, and yourself. Your role will go beyond just creating mockups; you will influence what we build and the rationale behind it.
• Collaborate closely with Product to streamline workflows, eliminate obstacles, and enhance the overall user experience on our platform.
• Work alongside developers throughout the development cycle to ensure that the final product is of high quality, thoughtfully crafted, and faithful to the design vision.
• Contribute to the evolution and upkeep of our Design System, treating it as a dynamic foundation that supports speed and consistency rather than a static library.
• Conduct usability tests, engage with real users, and advocate for insights that significantly enhance the design work.
• Partner with Product on research initiatives, including planning, interviews, and synthesis, covering the entire process.
• Look beyond individual tasks. Identify opportunities, question assumptions, and assist in shaping the product strategy.
• You have over 4 years of experience designing for B2B SaaS (Product Designer, UX Designer, Product Manager—titles are less important than the quality of your work).
• You possess a strong understanding of UX/UI patterns and know when to adhere to them and when to deviate.
• You can quickly map user flows, prototype rapidly, and articulate your thought process effectively.
• You have experience working in Agile teams and know how to collaborate with engineers seamlessly.
• You have a grasp of front-end technologies, ensuring that your designs are realistic and feasible.
• You communicate effectively, especially in asynchronous settings, using well-documented materials instead of relying on endless meetings.
• You are genuinely invested in addressing real user issues rather than merely focusing on visual aesthetics for platforms like Dribbble.
• You are inquisitive, self-motivated, humble, and not inclined to say, “that’s not my responsibility.”
• You are comfortable working with distributed teams. Most tasks are asynchronous and flexible, but occasionally, we may request your availability for later calls.
• People: collaborate with talented, friendly, and team-oriented individuals who are passionate about their work.
• Guidance: leverage our learning platform to access the training and resources necessary for your success from day one.
• Surprise meal stipends: enjoy the pleasure of someone else preparing a meal for you, even when working from home!
• Work/life harmony: benefit from 26 vacation days, a combination of floating and fixed holidays, a wellness allowance, and paid parental leave.
• Medical insurance, life insurance, and business travel insurance are provided.
• Stock options included in our equity-sharing program.
• A comprehensive benefits package offering stipends for cell phone and internet expenses, home office setup, mental wellness, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and occasional company-funded meals throughout the year.
