Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in the design process for core products, overseeing everything from concept to final execution.

• Perform user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Work in partnership with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, user experience, and aesthetics.

• Develop user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.

• Analyze data and user feedback to iterate and enhance product designs.

• Play a key role in establishing and maintaining design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the platform.

• Mentor and motivate other designers, promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-9 years of demonstrated experience in product design, preferably within SaaS/B2B platforms.

• A strong portfolio that highlights strategic product thinking, the design process, and significant outcomes.

• Proficiency with essential design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

• Comprehensive understanding of UX, UI, and interaction design principles.

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional, agile teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback.

• Previous experience in AI/ML products or data-driven platforms is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
