Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our founding designer, as well as product and engineering teams, to transform projects on our roadmap from initial challenges into delivered solutions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance our current product areas. This may involve a complete reimagining of functionality or addressing minor quality issues you observe within the product.

• Assist in defining and refining our evolving design system.

• Enliven our brand through marketing, social media, and launch content.

• Create mockups and prototypes in both low and high fidelity to convey concepts and potential functionalities.

• Engage with and contribute to a developing design culture that is still in the process of formation.

• Pay meticulous attention to details that ensure the embedded UI feels reliable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong and validated experience in software design.

• Ideally, you have designed software for SaaS businesses, but we also appreciate a diverse range of product experiences.

• Versatility in your craft: You can seamlessly navigate visual design, product strategy, branding, and interaction design.

• Systems-oriented thinking: You can create components and patterns while considering their integration into the larger system, and you recognize when to move beyond conventions to innovate.

• The confidence to challenge existing ideas, explore new approaches, and drive product direction forward.

• Proficiency in designing with Figma and other prototyping tools, along with a willingness to regularly experiment with new technologies.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, suitable for an asynchronous work culture.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment, where priorities may shift rapidly and the stakes are high. Bonus points for experience in both in-house (especially in startups) and agency settings.
