📋 Description

• Lead discovery initiatives to thoroughly understand the usage context.

• Outline hypotheses, challenges, and product possibilities.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and users.

• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.

• Transform information into actionable insights that align with product objectives.

• Design and validate solutions with a strong emphasis on user experience.

• Create prototypes at various levels of fidelity.

• Document insights and decisions throughout the process.

• Ensure interface consistency and alignment with the Blip brand.

• Work with design patterns and contribute to the advancement of Design Systems.

• Guarantee delivery quality by providing simple, clear, and efficient experiences.

• Facilitate co-creation workshops and usability testing sessions.

• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams.

• Continuously integrate feedback and contribute to the team's development.

• Strong background in digital product design.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing work across various stages of the product lifecycle.

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Proficient in Figma and prototyping (low, medium, and high fidelity).

• Familiarity with user research and product metrics.

• Experience in usability testing and facilitating workshops.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
