Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee design projects from initial problem identification through to the execution of solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to create simple, effective experiences that align with business goals.

• Conduct research, interviews, and user testing to inform product and design decisions.

• Simplify complex challenges into clear, user-friendly flows, journeys, and interfaces.

• Actively engage in shaping product strategy, offering a holistic vision and a focus on user experience.

• Develop high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications with meticulous attention to detail.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.

• Help advance the Design System and ensure consistency across various products and features.

• Work alongside other designers through critiques, knowledge exchange, and quality assessments.

• Act as a technical resource within the team, assisting junior designers with daily challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer focusing on digital products.

• Capability to independently manage intricate design projects.

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, particularly with Product and Engineering.

• Strong foundation in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design.

• Proven experience conducting user research and validating solutions with end-users.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions while considering metrics and business context.

• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to present ideas effectively to various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (such as Figma).

• A portfolio that showcases product thinking, impact, and quality of execution.

• Preferred: Experience with intricate digital products, platforms, or scalable ecosystems.

• Familiarity with agile, product-focused environments.

• Experience with Design Systems and component governance.

• Understanding of product metrics and experimentation frameworks.

• Experience in mentoring junior designers.

• Knowledge of best practices in accessibility and usability.

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech settings.
