Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take a specified design direction and implement it meticulously, refining the elements that transform a feature from merely functional to truly delightful.

• Make decisive trade-off choices where design aspirations, product requirements, technical limitations, and deadlines intersect — while maintaining focus on what is most important.

• Adjust designs in real time as insights from customer research, usage analytics, and prototype feedback redefine the problem.

• Utilize AI seamlessly throughout your workflow — for synthesizing research, exploring ideas, prototyping, and streamlining the journey from concept to final product.

• Manage the complete design process of impactful features and workflows, from defining the problem to high-fidelity execution and post-launch enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams across various squads, adeptly switching contexts without sacrificing quality or progress.

• Thoughtfully apply and enhance our design system, contributing new patterns as you advance.

• Elevate the quality standard through constructive critique, collaborative efforts, and consistent craftsmanship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, platforms, or complex products.

• A portfolio showcasing exceptional taste — clear visual judgment, strong information hierarchy, and attention to detail.

• Incorporates AI into your everyday design practice — come prepared to present specific examples of how AI tools have influenced your research, ideation, prototyping, or delivery processes.

• Strong intuition regarding design versus product trade-offs, with a proven history of delivering high-quality work within real deadlines.

• Excels as an independent designer in a fast-paced setting — self-motivated, decisive, and capable of maintaining high standards while collaborating across multiple squads simultaneously.

• Proficient in customer research and product data, with the insight to determine when to delve deeper and when to proceed with shipping.
