This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take a specified design direction and implement it meticulously, refining the elements that transform a feature from merely functional to truly delightful.
β’ Make decisive trade-off choices where design aspirations, product requirements, technical limitations, and deadlines intersect β while maintaining focus on what is most important.
β’ Adjust designs in real time as insights from customer research, usage analytics, and prototype feedback redefine the problem.
β’ Utilize AI seamlessly throughout your workflow β for synthesizing research, exploring ideas, prototyping, and streamlining the journey from concept to final product.
β’ Manage the complete design process of impactful features and workflows, from defining the problem to high-fidelity execution and post-launch enhancements.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams across various squads, adeptly switching contexts without sacrificing quality or progress.
β’ Thoughtfully apply and enhance our design system, contributing new patterns as you advance.
β’ Elevate the quality standard through constructive critique, collaborative efforts, and consistent craftsmanship.
β’ Over 5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, platforms, or complex products.
β’ A portfolio showcasing exceptional taste β clear visual judgment, strong information hierarchy, and attention to detail.
β’ Incorporates AI into your everyday design practice β come prepared to present specific examples of how AI tools have influenced your research, ideation, prototyping, or delivery processes.
β’ Strong intuition regarding design versus product trade-offs, with a proven history of delivering high-quality work within real deadlines.
β’ Excels as an independent designer in a fast-paced setting β self-motivated, decisive, and capable of maintaining high standards while collaborating across multiple squads simultaneously.
β’ Proficient in customer research and product data, with the insight to determine when to delve deeper and when to proceed with shipping.
