Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the vision and implementation of Addi's lending product experience.

• Revamp the Marketplace Discovery Journey by introducing a new visual hierarchy and sophisticated search filters.

• Create a High-Fidelity Merchant UI Kit by auditing and standardizing all components for the seller dashboard.

• Enhance the Post-Purchase Transparency Interface by redesigning the order tracking and repayment visibility modules.

• Implement a Scalable Design-to-Dev Handoff Process by developing detailed documentation and "interaction recipes" in Figma.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating high-quality solutions for e-commerce or complex B2C/B2B2C applications.

• Proven history of applying UX/UI principles to enhance end-to-end user flows—not just standalone screens.

• Proficient in the use of prototyping tools and enthusiastic about incorporating AI into the design process.

• Capable of effectively communicating design proposals, user insights, and project updates to various stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate productive relationships with cross-functional teams.

• Acts as a strong advocate for the user, ensuring their needs and perspectives are clearly articulated.

• Self-motivated and resourceful individual who operates with moderate to minimal supervision.

• Does not hesitate in the absence of a perfect specification; navigates challenges in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

• Ability to analyze metrics, comprehend funnels, and make design choices based on concrete data and A/B testing outcomes.
