Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Create user-friendly, high-fidelity interfaces and comprehensive user experiences that reflect current trends;

• Perform user research and usability assessments to inform data-driven design choices and justifications;

• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to guarantee effective and high-quality execution;

• Manage and enhance scalable Design Systems to maintain uniformity across web and native platforms;

• Incorporate AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, ideation, and prototyping while upholding design standards;

• Engage actively in design rituals and community initiatives to promote feedback and ongoing enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in all facets of product design, including designing for various platforms (responsive web, Android & iOS);

• More than 5 years of visual design experience, showcasing expertise in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and understanding how these elements influence product functionality;

• Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.) for creating artifacts and presentations;

• An online portfolio that illustrates previous work experience and deliverables;

• A degree in design engineering, human-computer interaction, product design, interaction design, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience;

• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile UI/UX design principles and methodologies in relation to software development;

• Collaborate closely with UX Researchers to facilitate user testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and accessibility/usability assessments, while contributing to rapid prototyping and user-centered design enhancements;

• Experience applying UX/UI design best practices to develop solutions;

• Background in working with cross-functional agile/scrum teams;

• Proven ability to validate designs, hypotheses, and recommendations through data or substantiated evidence, along with providing commercial justifications for design choices.
