Senior Product Designer – Agentic AI Solutions

• You will take charge of the comprehensive experience for pivotal Agentic AI projects, assisting users in grasping what AI is accomplishing, the rationale behind it, and the appropriate moments for intervention. ⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.

• A portfolio that showcases strong product thinking, rather than just visually appealing interfaces. We want to understand your problem-solving approach, the trade-offs you evaluated, and the outcomes you achieved.

• Proficient UX and interaction design abilities. You naturally consider workflows, states, edge cases, and user behavior.

• Exceptional visual design skills. You pay attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing, consistency, and the finer details that give products a polished feel.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and scalable design practices.

• Experience in conducting or significantly contributing to user research and usability testing.

• The capacity to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders without depending on formal authority.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity. You can take loosely defined challenges and establish clarity, structure, and progress.
