This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• We are seeking a Product Designer with substantial experience in B2B product design to play a key role in the ongoing development of our product in Germany.

• You will facilitate discovery workshops and conduct user research, while analyzing data, user feedback, and business requirements.
• Alongside your Product Manager, you will oversee the continuous enhancement of your product area.
• You will create solutions with the appropriate level of detail — ranging from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes.
• You will actively contribute to the growth of our team and participate in the recruitment process.
• You will keep abreast of current UX and UI trends and incorporate best practices from the international tech landscape.
• You have a solid understanding of both user needs and business requirements, allowing you to translate insights from user research, market analysis, and data into effective solutions.
• You possess experience with complex digital products and systems, including those with multiple modules, extensive features, or intricate data structures.
• You collaborate closely with developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders such as Sales or Support, integrating technical constraints and business objectives into your work.
• You communicate effectively, constructively challenge existing assumptions, and can compellingly present your proposed solutions.
• You are fluent in both German and English, as user interviews are frequently conducted in German.
• Work from our office in the vibrant heart of Berlin, our location in Hamburg, our offices in Paris, or any WeWork location across Europe.
