Senior Product Design Manager – 6-month Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and user experience initiatives for the digital platform.

• Define and enhance navigation systems, content hierarchy, interaction patterns, and comprehensive user flows.

• Convert product priorities, user requirements, tasks to achieve, and business objectives into clear User Experience (UX) guidelines.

• Ensure that experiences are intuitive, efficient, and scalable across intricate product domains.

• Oversee accessibility compliance, ensuring that all experiences adhere to WCAG AA standards.

• Promote innovation and foster a culture of continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product design, including a minimum of 3 years leading designers on complex digital projects.

• Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, navigation frameworks, and user journeys.

• A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of intricate product experiences.

• Experience in managing, mentoring, or leading product designers with established standards and effective design critiques.

• Proven ownership of usability testing throughout the design lifecycle.

• Demonstrated success in implementing Accessibility (A11y) standards at scale within a design framework.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience in leading, developing, and managing design systems, focusing on adoption, scalability, and accessibility integration.
