Senior Product Counsel, AI Data Services – Dasher Tasks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer solution-driven legal advice and guidance from the project's inception through to its launch.

• Partner with business stakeholders to oversee legal risks associated with product, operational, and engineering ventures.

• Create actionable insights on matters concerning worker classification, AI and data governance, privacy, and intellectual property.

• Collaborate closely with legal team members across diverse fields to provide comprehensive legal support.

• Develop playbooks and implement processes to facilitate the scaling of legal advice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of legal experience.

• Previous experience within an in-house legal department.

• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. state of residence.

• Business-oriented mindset.

• Strong legal acumen.

• Capability to make decisions in uncertain situations.

• Enthusiastic about working on products that incorporate AI.
