This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and advocate for product strategies and vision during client interactions.
• Inspire and brief internal team members to realize the product vision.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, teams, and research to refine requirements, features, and final products.
• Formulate product plans and roadmaps with support from executive stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, present, and manage product requirements documents (PRDs).
• Document and address conflicts related to client, business, UX, design, technical, and non-functional requirements.
• Prioritize and organize product releases based on business value.
• Establish measurement plans and recommendations to monitor product usage and end-user impact using analytics tools.
• Ensure that requirements are met according to specifications, manage defects until resolution, and evaluate launch readiness.
• Propose product-based and vision expansion grounded in data and research insights.
• Enhance ROI through business and customer value by providing consultative recommendations.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and third-party vendors.
• Capability to identify projects, initiatives, and epics necessary for achieving business outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and expectation management abilities.
• Proficiency in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translating business, UX, and design requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping.
• Knowledge of Sports & Entertainment design, HTML, and Next.js processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of accessibility requirements, particularly WCAG 2.2.
• Advanced skills with accessibility assessment tools and software.
• Experience in a consulting role within an agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.
• Strong proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Experience with Contentful headless CMS is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing digital products that have been shipped, managed, and operated.
• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated creative leadership, teamwork, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and confidence.
