Senior Product Builder, Enterprise Readiness & Admin Platform

Posted 4 days ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• The vision and strategy for how Apollo manages access throughout the sales organization: permissions, roles, administration, management, territory, and assignments.

• A standardized permission framework that replaces disjointed flags and team-specific toggles with a singular enforcement approach.

• The administrative experience concerning Users & Teams, including roles, access, provisioning, settings, and essential configuration workflows.

• The managerial experience that empowers frontline leaders with genuine control over their teams’ accounts, territories, access, and operational models.

• Territory and assignment capabilities that align with enterprise CRM frameworks, featuring multi-territory logic and equivalence with Salesforce and similar systems.

• Governance, scoping, and least-privilege controls that transform the statement “Apollo cannot accommodate our organizational structure” into “Apollo is prepared for us.”

• The instrumentation, standards, and quality benchmarks that establish controls as a platform for the broader Apollo ecosystem to build upon.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with upmarket GTM tooling. You have either developed or collaborated closely on sales technology, CRM, revenue, or GTM systems products such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, or similar.

• Experience catering to mid-market and enterprise clients, not just SMBs.

• Over 3 years of product management experience with genuine ownership from strategy through to launch, adoption, iteration, and measurement.

• Familiarity with platforms, administration, permissions, governance, RBAC, permission models, admin consoles, provisioning, SSO/SCIM, multi-tenant scoping, or enterprise-ready products.

• Strong systems thinking. You can demonstrate how you have transformed a fragmented surface into a unified standard that other teams embraced.

• A proven history of delivering outcomes that positively impacted a business, beyond merely shipping features.

• High agency in uncertain situations. You are attracted to unowned, high-stakes challenges.

• Strong product sensibility. You prioritize making intricate systems feel intuitive.

• Comfort in making trade-offs across teams and the ability to decline the next one-off request.

• Proficiency in utilizing data, prototyping, and AI tools to rapidly validate direction.
