
Senior Product Builder – Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of essential brand-facing product features, including creator discovery, gifting, campaign management, analytics, attribution, and reporting.
• Identify genuine issues amid organizational noise, using brand feedback, sales signals, customer service escalations, usage data, and competitive insights.
• Develop innovative solutions with clear workflows, initial wireframes, and solid proposals to effectively communicate ideas to Engineering and Design teams.
• Deliver functional products into production and maintain close involvement until the final stages, ensuring attention to how features perform and identifying any issues.
• Collaborate extensively with Engineering, Design, User Experience Research (UXR), and Data teams to swiftly transition from insights to delivered products.
• Work in tandem with ShopMy’s Brand Growth and Client Strategy teams to gain insights into the brand buyer's ecosystem, including their workflows, challenges, and success metrics.
• Balance major roadmap initiatives with a continuous flow of incremental enhancements that collectively contribute to a top-tier product.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, specifically with a focus on launching B2B or marketplace products—preferably in marketing technology, advertising platforms, or brand tools.
• Proven experience in transforming ambiguous challenges into tangible solutions, rather than just specifications or presentations.
• Strong design intuition: capable of sketching workflows, evaluating interfaces, and discussing user experience without needing a designer’s input first.
• Technical proficiency: knowledgeable about system architecture, capable of reasoning about APIs and data models, and able to engage in meaningful discussions with engineers.
• In-depth understanding of brand perspectives on creator marketing, influencer collaborations, attribution, and return on investment (ROI).
• Experience in a fast-paced, small-team environment where ownership is significant and accountability is paramount.
• A portfolio or history of products that you have personally influenced and launched, rather than merely managed.
• Bonus: Experience collaborating with sales and customer service teams to align commercial feedback with product strategy.
• Background as a founder or a degree in Computer Science.
