Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• You will not just be an analyst — you will be the person who determines how we make product and marketing decisions.

• In this role, you will serve as an analytical partner for product and marketing teams, responsible for advancing analytics throughout the entire user journey — from acquisition to long-term retention and monetization.

• You will work with key business metrics, influence strategic decisions, and help build a system that fosters predictable growth.

• You will build and develop end-to-end analytics for product and marketing (from acquisition to retention and revenue).

• You will manage A/B testing as a system rather than as isolated experiments: hypothesis formation → design → analysis → implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product/data analytics (Senior/Lead level).

• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.

• Deep understanding of:

• - A/B testing;

• - statistics and causal relationships.

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker).

• Experience in building:

• - analytical systems;

• - dashboards;

• - metric monitoring.

• Important: you can translate data into actionable insights, not just perform calculations.

• Strong communication skills: you can advocate for your position in front of product leads and top management.
