This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize and enhance the workflow of the Pix squads.

• Support the structuring of initiatives and ensure their execution with high quality and predictability.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.

• Organize and maintain a well-structured, up-to-date backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of initiatives.

• Assist in crafting user stories, documentation, and defining workflows.

• Ensure that initiatives are prepared for development.

• Monitor the progress of tasks and deliverables.

• Identify and flag any blockers, dependencies, and gaps.

• Facilitate alignment between Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.

• Ensure transparency in the workflow.

• Conduct the squad's operational rituals.

• Promote continuous improvement in the development flow.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning, with a focus on organization and problem-solving.

• Ability to structure information and clarify complex contexts.

• Previous experience with digital products or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, and stakeholders).

• Proactive in following up and resolving requests to ensure continuous progress of initiatives.

• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).

• Organized and disciplined in execution, with a keen attention to detail and flow tracking.

• Experience in fintech or payments (particularly Pix) is a plus.

• Familiarity with product metrics or flow monitoring is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis is a plus.

• Previous experience with technology squads is a plus.

• Completion of courses or training in Product Management (e.g., PM3, Tera, etc.) is a plus.
