Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the development, operational execution, and reporting processes.

• Utilize metrics to evaluate Usability, Workflow Orchestration efficiency, Software Reusability, Platform Adoption (including Time to Value and Satisfaction), Integration and Platform Capabilities, as well as Data Quality and Operability.

• Evaluate data availability and quality, collaborating with data engineers to ensure that necessary data sets are extracted and transformed for analysis, if necessary.

• Analyze and visualize data to produce actionable insights for business partners.

• Share your findings and recommendations with business partners.

• Facilitate self-service monitoring of key metrics through an effective dashboard experience, comprehensive documentation, and training for business partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in leading the creation of metrics.

• More than 3 years of experience in developing BI Dashboards.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to break down abstract problems into manageable experiments.
