Senior Producer – Mobile Games, LiveOps & Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the execution and delivery of various game initiatives, ensuring rapid progress without compromising on quality.

• Lead the comprehensive execution throughout development and LiveOps.

• Guarantee that games are completed on schedule, are production-ready, and can scale effectively.

• Oversee cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, art, and QA.

• Swiftly eliminate obstacles and keep teams aligned and focused on their objectives.

• Create and uphold a rapid, dependable release schedule.

• Organize and execute LiveOps planning.

• Maintain a balance between speed and quality, facilitating quick iterations without disruptions.

• You have experience as a Producer in mobile games (casual or hybrid casual).

• Strong background in LiveOps environments with regular releases.

• Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic, cross-functional teams.

• You are highly organized, yet not overly reliant on processes.

• You act quickly, make informed decisions, and keep teams progressing.

• You are comfortable working in situations with incomplete information.

• You take initiative and do not wait for guidance.
