Senior Producer – Educational Games for Children

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of all gaming content.

• Define, establish, and consistently enhance fundamental studio workflows.

• Supervise daily project operations within development pipelines.

• Take ownership of the primary cost-per-episode metric.

• Enable the junior production team to develop and progress.

• Collaborate with the CPO and founders to synchronize resource capacity with the overarching studio roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in game production.

• Demonstrated success in steering game production cycles from initial concept through to final release.

• Strong technical knowledge in organizing and structuring production pipelines using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Hands-on experience with managing project-level budgets.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
