Senior Producer, Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee digital projects, encompassing websites and applications, from the discovery phase to delivery.

• Act as the main client liaison regarding project status, scope, and deliverables.

• Manage projects utilizing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Establish project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.

• Create, sustain, and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Take ownership of quality assurance, ensuring that deliverables satisfy requirements and meet company standards.

• Facilitate communication among Design, Strategy, Engineering, external partners, and vendors.

• Inspire and direct project teams while managing resource allocation and workload planning.

• Track project financial health, including burn rate, forecasts, and change requests.

• Guarantee accurate and timely client billing and reporting.

• Adhere to Left Field Labs’ project management processes, tools, and templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital agency setting, leading complex client-facing projects.

• Proven track record in leading website development projects, including substantial CMS implementations and platform redesigns.

• Experience in custom application development.

• Comprehensive understanding of the digital product lifecycle, from user research and strategy through design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

• Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Jira and Notion.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated experience managing budgets over $500k.

• PMP or Scrum Master certification, or equivalent practical experience, is a significant advantage.
