Senior Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Supervise all facets of production for our multiplayer game.

• Coordinate activities across design, engineering, art, audio, QA, and external collaborators.

• Take ownership of the production roadmap from pre-production through to post-launch support.

• Foster collaboration between creative leadership and development teams.

• Actively identify and address risks that may affect project scope or quality.

• Guide Associate Producers and Team Leads in industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of production experience in the gaming sector.

• Demonstrated success in launching at least one multiplayer and/or live-service title.

• Strong comprehension of game development processes.

• Experience in balancing feature creation with live-service management.

• Proficient in production and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of competitive multiplayer games and community-driven ecosystems.
