Senior Process Reengineering Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Capture the existing business processes within both front-office and back-office operations.

• Create design models for future business processes and operational workflows.

• Formulate the overarching strategy for process reengineering along with a detailed execution roadmap.

• Partner with business stakeholders to establish and implement new business processes and policies.

• Drive initiatives for process enhancement that align with the organization's future operating model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading enterprise-level process reengineering projects.

• Skilled in documenting both current and future business processes.

• Experience in crafting process transformation strategies and their implementation plans.

• Direct experience collaborating with business owners to execute process improvements.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required.

• Familiarity with AI workflow process reengineering or AI workflow integration.

• Background in supporting enterprise digital transformation efforts.

• Bonus: Proficiency in using Scribe for process documentation is highly preferred.
