Senior Process Improvement Engineer – LSSBB

📋 Description

• Accountable for recognizing, analyzing, and enhancing operational processes within the organization to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

• Employs data-driven strategies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and various process improvement tools to optimize workflows, minimize waste, and elevate overall performance.

• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvements, track results, and ensure the longevity of enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED

• Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) is highly preferred

• 5 years of experience in process improvement or healthcare management is REQUIRED

• Experience with health plans is highly preferred
