Senior Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver senior-level engineering support for the design, construction, and commissioning of water treatment, mine water management, remediation, and reclamation projects.

• Compose study reports, engineering specifications, and contract documentation.

• Evaluate project documents and drawings for technical quality and precision.

• Create design work packages that include scope, duration, and effort estimations.

• Produce signed/sealed engineering deliverables as a Professional of Record (PoR).

• Recognize and suggest enhancements to operations to guarantee that assigned functions are efficient and cost-effective.

• Assist other engineering projects as a member of the Ensero Engineering Team.

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships through continuous communication and an understanding of client objectives.

• Travel to prospective and existing work locations to engage with on-site personnel, vendors, and clients.

• Take part in risk assessments and aid in the resolution of technical challenges.

• Contribute to business development by leading proposal creation, scope definition, and presentations.

• Provide technical insights to projects within your areas of expertise.

• Collaborate with other technical specialists to achieve multidisciplinary project objectives.

• Mentor and deliver technical training to junior and intermediate team members.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Process Engineering.

• Professional Engineering designation is mandatory.

• 7 - 9 years of relevant engineering experience in industrial water treatment projects.

• Capability to work effectively with team members and lead multidisciplinary projects.

• Experience in project management.

• Background in an environmental consulting or project consulting environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or collaboratively within a team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
