This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary Client Relationship Manager for clients, ensuring that their needs are addressed and satisfaction is upheld.
• Spearhead client and fund onboarding processes, overseeing resources and timelines to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients, promote pertinent services, and respond swiftly to client inquiries.
• Evaluate client and operational metrics, suggesting enhancements to improve service delivery.
• Perform comprehensive reviews of financial reporting packages and statements to guarantee compliance with accounting standards.
• Supervise teams to ensure that Pinnacle's standards for accuracy, efficiency, and timely financial reporting are consistently upheld.
• Lead or participate in strategic projects that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Track financial metrics such as budget versus actuals to ensure efficient resource allocation and operational effectiveness.
• Plan team resources and workload distributions in accordance with business needs, proactively cultivating skills and infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Offer coaching, training, and feedback to foster employee development and engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to establish performance goals and conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews as part of Pinnacle’s performance management process.
• Engage in recruitment and talent development initiatives to build high-performing teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the fund industry is mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience in a management role overseeing client relationships, deliverables, and communications is required.
• In-depth understanding of closed-ended funds is essential.
• An accounting designation is necessary.
• Strong grasp of accounting concepts is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Strong organizational abilities are required.
• Capability to manage multiple demands, competing priorities, and ongoing changes is necessary.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are crucial.
• Previous experience with PFS-Paxus is preferred but not mandatory.
