Senior Principal Strategist, Category Management COE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Facilitate organizational preparedness by training Coupa’s sales team (AEs, Solution Advisors, CVMs) on Cirtuo’s strategic positioning, Executive Value Narrative, and advanced use cases.

• Participate in crucial mid- to late-stage discussions with clients and prospects as a subject matter expert to convey the strategic benefits of Cirtuo.

• Collaborate with sales teams during pivotal moments in the opportunity lifecycle and provide strategic oversight for the value proposition.

• Act as a procurement transformation advocate for Cirtuo in internal discussions, executive customer meetings, and external industry events.

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to relay high-level strategic insights from the field.

• Identify white space and strategic opportunities within Coupa’s customer base where Cirtuo can enhance strategic value and drive overall growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic procurement or category management within a global, large-scale enterprise setting.

• Demonstrated ability to engage, challenge, and persuade at the CPO and VP levels on matters such as category strategy, organizational design, and enterprise-wide value delivery.

• Extensive experience in influencing digital transformation and promoting the adoption of procurement technology.

• Strong commercial acumen and comfort collaborating with sales teams in executive-level pre-sales or consultative selling scenarios.

• Exceptional executive presence, strategic communication, and business storytelling abilities.

• A collaborative mindset with the capacity to operate cross-functionally in a dynamic global SaaS organization.

• Previous experience in management consulting, procurement strategy leadership, or senior solution advisory positions is a significant plus.
