Senior Principal, Quality Engineering Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and execution of AI-centered automation strategies tailored for quality engineering.

• Develop scalable, reusable, and enterprise-level automation frameworks.

• Integrate AI-powered quality intelligence within CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.

• Propel the incorporation of AI into quality engineering methodologies.

• Partner with enterprise QA and engineering teams.

• Set and uphold automation coding standards and industry best practices.

• Guide and enhance the skill set of teams regarding AI-driven quality engineering methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 10 years of professional experience.

• Extensive knowledge in designing AI-based test automation architectures for enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with Generative AI for the automated generation of test cases and defect analysis.

• Demonstrated capability to create self-healing and adaptive automation frameworks.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.

• Experience in incorporating AI functionalities into CI/CD pipelines.

• Practical experience with contemporary automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.

• Significant exposure to cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) including containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
