This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and steer long-term strategies across various products, platforms, and solution areas within the healthcare technology portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to formulate enterprise growth strategies, long-term investment roadmaps, and portfolio evolution plans that impact organizational direction.
• Influence strategic decisions regarding market expansion, adjacent growth opportunities, platform investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and innovation initiatives.
• Offer recommendations that inform multi-year portfolio funding strategies and long-term investment priorities throughout the organization.
• Assess portfolio trade-offs and suggest prioritization of investments across products, platforms, innovation initiatives, and emerging market opportunities.
• Establish objectives at the portfolio level, investment frameworks, and success metrics that align product investments with organizational goals.
• Act as the organization's recognized authority on healthcare product strategy, portfolio management, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders by delivering strategic recommendations that shape product, commercial, operational, and business decisions.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in healthcare technology, product strategy, customer experience, and AI-driven innovation.
• Convert complex market, customer, clinical, competitive, and technology dynamics into actionable business and product strategies.
• Influence organizational decision-making through recommendations that affect growth, profitability, customer outcomes, and long-term business performance.
• Mentor Product Managers and Product Leaders through expertise, coaching, and thought leadership without direct management responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive expertise in product strategy, portfolio management, healthcare technology, SaaS business models, and AI-driven product development.
• Proven success in influencing strategic business, portfolio, and investment decisions with measurable impact on the organization.
• Proficient in market analysis, customer research, portfolio planning, commercialization strategy, and business case development.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in influencing multi-year portfolio investment decisions and strategic resource allocation.
• Capable of anticipating emerging business, customer, technology, competitive, and regulatory challenges and crafting strategic responses.
• Exceptional skills in executive communication, influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex initiatives through influence without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% is required.
