This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all functions related to State and Federal policy

• Define key policy priorities and strategies

• Supervise the collection of all State and Federal policy documents and advocacy resources

• Deliver policy education to diverse audiences

• Sustain partnerships with key strategic leaders

• Offer engaging and effective policy education through written memos, presentations, and public speaking

• Coordinate and support project management for Board-related policy materials and meetings

• Inform company leaders about regulatory and legislative challenges

• Oversee the alignment of policy and legislative strategies between Federal and State issues

• Direct the strategy for federal regulatory comments

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in government affairs, regulatory, audit, or compliance roles within the PBM, healthcare, or other highly regulated sectors, including at least 5 years directly addressing legislative or regulatory issues affecting PBM operations

• Must have eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship
