This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in strategic discussions regarding expenditure distribution and pacing between the Finance and Marketing leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Financial Operations to monitor Marketing media and production budgets, providing insights for strategic allocations.
• Create a KPI framework for marketing channels and campaigns, while setting and tracking KPI targets, OKRs, and efficiency objectives.
• Formulate ROI calculation methodologies in conjunction with Data Science and Research, leading comprehensive campaign reviews that consider both qualitative and quantitative effects.
• Address weekly reporting requirements from the Marketing and Hosting organizations, in addition to conducting quarterly reviews of campaign performance.
• Perform in-depth analyses of business trends and variance drivers, independently conducting data extraction, analysis, visualization, and presentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Hosting leadership to devise strategies and enhance business performance.
• Over 15 years of pertinent business and analytics experience.
• Technical proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, with SQL experience being preferred.
• Capability to work effectively and influence across various functions.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to audiences with varying levels of analytical expertise.
• Proficient presentation skills (Google Docs, Keynote, Excel) and a solid understanding of current social media platforms.
