Senior Principal ITC Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Navigating intricate ITAR, EAR, and DTCA situations where solutions are not immediately apparent.

• Providing early guidance to programs in order to create integrated and compliant pathways.

• Overseeing regulatory responsibilities, authorizations, and requests through to their resolution.

• Managing a consistent flow of business and program-related tasks while remaining attentive to emerging demands.

• Mentoring colleagues to enhance the overall understanding of trade compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with ITAR, EAR, DTCA, and other export control regulations.

• Ability to confidently present solutions to senior stakeholders with clear and well-reasoned counsel.

• Capability to articulate complex decisions in a straightforward manner, while retaining necessary details for audit and compliance purposes.

• A mindset focused on ownership and persistence — you will work diligently until a viable solution is found.

• Must be an Australian Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining an NV1 security clearance.
