Senior Principal, Competitive Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Competitive Monitoring: Create and oversee regular reports to assess key metrics across the marketplace and product; keep track of emerging news and industry trends; facilitate a monthly leadership insights forum.

• Strategic Deep Dives: Collaborate with essential stakeholders in Supply, Global Markets, Product, and Marketing to perform thorough analyses that will guide critical decisions.

• Data Strategy: Spearhead the competitive intelligence data strategy — assess the data necessary to fulfill key growth initiatives and identify potential data sources; manage relationships with external data providers and research vendors.

• Cross-Functional Enablement: Guarantee that competitive insights and datasets are both accessible and actionable for cross-functional teams; collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to provide a dependable reporting infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of relevant experience in business and insights. A background combining finance and analytics, management consulting, investment banking, and/or business operations is preferred.

• Capability to work and influence across functions. You will need to engage with both internal and external partners, proactively fostering connections between teams.

• Excellent communication skills with various audience levels. You thrive on working with fragmented information and weaving it into a cohesive narrative with actionable recommendations.

• Proficient presentation skills (Google Docs, Keynote, Excel).
