📋 Description

• Lead the application of statistical methodologies and play a key role in the design and analysis of clinical studies.

• Supervise biostatistics workstreams to ensure that deliverables meet established quality standards and timelines.

• Create and execute statistical analysis plans for clinical trials that align with study objectives and comply with regulatory guidelines.

• Manage the statistical analysis of clinical data, offering insights and interpretations to support decision-making and reporting.

• Collaborate effectively with clinical, regulatory, and data management teams.

• Mentor junior statisticians and provide training on statistical methodologies and relevant software applications.

• Contribute to regulatory submissions and academic publications.

• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in statistical methodologies.

• Engage in protocol development and offer input regarding endpoints and statistical considerations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a relevant field.

• Significant experience in biostatistics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in the design and analysis of clinical trials.

• Strong expertise in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and proficiency in programming for data analysis.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a talent for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.

• Proven leadership skills, including experience in mentoring and guiding teams.

• Strong communication skills, enabling effective presentation of statistical concepts to non-statistical audiences.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
