Senior / Principal Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop AI agents and agent-based workflows from the ground up.

• Implement internal AI automations that alleviate genuine workload.

• Collaborate with Product and Core Platform Engineering to integrate AI features within products.

• Take responsibility for the decision-making process between purchasing and developing solutions.

• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and cost control measures for all initiatives.

• Function within our security framework and adhere to AI governance protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in production software engineering.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in building and deploying production LLM/agent systems from scratch.

• Proficient in Python and TypeScript with hands-on experience.

• Strong focus on evaluation and observability practices.

• Extensive knowledge of LLM-API interactions.

• Experience with cloud technologies and delivery processes.
