This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and manage the future pricing and packaging framework across all product lines.
• Establish a straightforward good/better/best tier structure that is easy to explain, compare, and purchase.
• Take charge of the AI monetization strategy by assessing and suggesting credits, consumption-based, outcome-driven, or hybrid pricing models.
• Ensure that AI features are included in the tiers to promote adoption rather than being restricted by additional fees.
• Lead the SKU rationalization process to simplify the combined portfolio.
• Formulate value-based pricing strategies that are based on customer ROI, competitive analysis, and willingness-to-pay evaluations.
• Construct financial models to assess the revenue and margin effects of pricing alterations and tier adjustments.
• Oversee the real-time discount recommendation system in CRM for pre-approved deal frameworks.
• Equip sales teams with pricing materials, AI value narratives, competitive positioning, and ROI tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to implement all changes to the commercial model.
• Direct the pricing and packaging strategy for the entire Verint portfolio, which includes AI monetization models, tier structuring, and SKU rationalization.
• Manage the complete execution process from business case development to field enablement, working with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful pricing changes are executed and perform effectively.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• An MBA is preferred, although not mandatory for candidates with a strong commercial background.
• A minimum of 8 years in Pricing, Product Marketing, Product Management, or Strategy, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing AI pricing models and packaging frameworks for multi-product portfolios.
• A proven history of implementing pricing changes that resulted in measurable revenue growth.
• Experience in monetizing AI, platform, or consumption-based products is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with contact center, WFM, or CX software is strongly preferred.

• We provide market-competitive pay and benefits based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. The starting salary for this position is targeted at $120,000.
