This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Lead the pricing strategy, analytics, and operational implementation for enterprise and account-driven monetization efforts.
• Design and implement price optimization models that enhance business performance.
• Collaborate directly with Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, and Finance teams to develop monetization strategies that safeguard gross margins and maximize revenue generation.
• Manage the design, enhancement, and scaling of sophisticated pricing analytics dashboards (Tableau/Looker) and operational processes.
• Extract and analyze intricate datasets across sales, customer behavior, product utilization, and financials to identify concealed revenue opportunities, validate hypotheses, and implement high-impact strategies.
• Serve as a vital link and internal advocate among Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, Finance, and Customer Communications to ensure organizational coherence and seamless execution of new pricing strategies.
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in pricing, monetization, Deal Desk, or RevOps within B2B IaaS/PaaS/CPaaS or enterprise sales sectors.
• More than 3 years of practical experience in creating production-level analytics dashboards using Tableau (or Looker) to transform complex data into actionable insights; strong SQL proficiency is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting strategic, large-deal sales processes, including structuring renewals, managing margin performance, or designing discount concession frameworks.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with a proven track record of assessing account-level unit economics and recommending data-driven pricing strategies to safeguard margins.
• Exceptional communication and execution abilities, with experience in partnering with and influencing cross-functional colleagues, Deal Desk, and sales leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• In-depth understanding of consumption-based, usage-driven business models, particularly in a B2B developer-centric or CPaaS environment.
• Direct experience in designing and implementing structured enterprise margin-recovery programs or platform-level account pricing strategies.
• Proficient in Python, R, or advanced statistical tools to enhance quantitative pricing modeling and forecasting. Education: MBA or an advanced degree in business, finance, or a highly quantitative field.
