Senior Presentation Producer / Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, improve, and sustain high-quality PowerPoint templates and presentations for executive scorecards, dashboards, and leadership reporting.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT leaders to convert technical updates, risks, and progress into clear, influential storytelling and visual narratives.

• Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, tone, and messaging across all executive communications.

• Conduct thorough quality reviews to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and readiness of all materials for executive-level audiences.

• Proactively identify content gaps or opportunities to enhance clarity and effectiveness.

• Support the documentation and preparation of knowledge transfer materials as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in executive communications, content creation, presentation production, visual communications, or a similar field.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint with proven expertise in visual storytelling at the executive level.

• Demonstrated experience in developing materials for senior leaders and executive audiences.

• Strong capability to distill complex technical, cybersecurity, or program information into clear, business-oriented messaging.

• Experience in effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work autonomously with minimal guidance.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a strong editorial mindset.

• Agile interpersonal skills with the ability to manage leadership and subject matter experts succinctly.

• Media relations and/or executive presentation skills are preferred but not mandatory.
