• Residency in the U.S. is necessary; preference given to candidates in the Houston area.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal resident.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health License or a commitment to obtain one promptly.

• Reliable internet connection is essential.

• A focused and distraction-free work environment is required.

• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

• Open to coaching and able to implement feedback swiftly.

• Must maintain consistent daily production levels.
